The Humus Bioreactor won the 1st Prize (& awarded 5000 €) at the Sanitation Hackathon 2024 from an applicant pool of 77 participants from across 28 countries. The Humus Bioreactor was presented as a scalable IoT based greywater treatment technology with high reuse potential as an innovation for ‘Greywater Recycling for small-scale agriculture’.
